TOUR OF LAKE MAGGIORE
An asphalt tour that involves boarding bicycles on the ferry that shuttles between Intra and Laveno-Mombello, thus switching from the Piedmont side to the Lombard side of the Lake. You ride along this shore passing through several quaint towns, such as Ispra and Angera, known for its Rocca. At Sesto Calende one crosses the bridge over the Ticino River to return to the Piedmont side of the lake and thus complete the tour via Arona and Meina.
